Overview

This session will review the development of initial Facilities Requirements, and then the development of strategic planning level programming cost estimates in support of potential weapons system bed-downs or mission relocations.  The development of the ToolKit allows for the expedient review of potential alternative locations.

He’s worked with Parsons for nine years as a planner and environmental scientist. For the past six years, he's worked in their Federal Planning Group to provide planning services for the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force. Some of his recent experience includes development of installation development plans for NSA Bahrain, NAVMAG Indian Island, and USAG Benelux; area development plans for USARCs 81st and 88th RSCs; and requirements analysis for Air Mobility Command.
