Overview

The global vacation rental market is predicted to reach nearly 170 billion by 2019.  This session will cover the benefits and challenges faced by two north Idaho Cities and the different approaches they have taken to regulate them.  This session will also go over draft legislation by the Idaho Legislature regarding vacation rentals and what it means for cities and counties
