Overview

Expansion and growth generate many benefits for a community. However, it can also create challenges that must be addressed to ensure successful progress. Residential construction in areas of high density development is a trend that may require additional attention to stormwater standards. This presentation highlights a few key points necessary to improve compliance performance. Topics covered will include considerations for perimeter controls, construction entrance/exits, inspection and maintenance, final stabilization and protection of infrastructure during construction.
