The Port Towns Eco District Stormwater Resiliency Plan will be used to identify green infrastructure retrofit opportunities in this intensively developed and urbanized portion of the Anacostia Watershed in Prince George's County, Maryland. The infrastructure planning program is focused on areas that are targeted for economic and community development in order to facilitate state and local government revitalization efforts. The planning effort strongly integrates community and stakeholder participation and education efforts.
