TSA is promoting a more flexible and convenient workplace to adopt a culture of mobility, flexibility, innovation, productivity, and engagement prior to their move to the new headquarters facilities. TSA’s total workplace transformation will benefit individual employees and the organization as a whole by attracting and fostering a more engaged and productive workforce while achieving goals for reducing space utilization. TSA designed a pilot project at their current HQ facilities to showcase new types of configurations for the mobile workforce. The pilot explores and tests various mobility options since workforce mobility will be a critical to the success of their new HQ project. The goal of the pilot program is demonstrate a 20% space reduction to meet the necessary square foot targets for their new HQ project.
