This first day of the 20th Annual two day Land Use Law conference in Tampa, Florida covers several current land use issues in Florida including a case law update, legislative update, the Bert Harris Act, Changing Federal Agency priorities, Dade County and Sea Level Rise, the Everglades Restoration, Mobility Fees, and Transportation Concurrency.
