Every community struggles with regulating parking but we continue to adopt newer versions of the same rules that continue to drive undesirable development patterns in our communities. Shoup professes it’s time to throw out archaic formula based parking regulations and adopt new approaches focused on market demands, data, and desirable development. Hear about new approaches to addressing parking demand and how best to right-size parking regulations in your community.
