Overview

Half-day (Second of Two Parts) session designed for local historic preservation commission members and city staff. Historic preservation commissions across Oklahoma and the nation face similar challenges in the appropriate enforcement of their local preservation ordinances, and James K. Reap, workshop instructor, will address these issues. James is an attorney who specializes in heritage conservation. He has chaired preservation commissions in the City of Decatur, GA and DeKalb County, GA and served as vice chair in Athens, GA. He is a founding member and former board member of the Georgia Alliance and the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions.
