Overview

Planners are under pressure to engage with the public in meaningful ways. Most of us simply follow the habits of our mentors, not knowing if our mentors are quality engagers. This session will include social proof for what works well in the 21st century, followed by step-by- step examples for creating and distributing content as a professional planner and planning advocate.

What you need to bring:

 Smartphone, tablet, or laptop would be ideal. But paper and pen will suffice.

 Your burning questions about social media platforms.

 Willingness to try something new.
