CM Criteria:

This session is a repeat of an annual session for legislative and case law updates for the last year.  This session will focus on newly enacted bills and recent case law which affects the planning community.  The session will be led by Eric Heil, an attorney with 25 years experience representing local governments; Susan Wood, Planning Project Manager with RTD; and Sol Malick, the APA Colorado’s legislative liaison.  The presentation format will include a power point presentation.  The presentation length is 1.5 hours.  The point of contact for this presentation is Eric Heil.
