The roundtable provides an opportunity to learn about the outcomes and resources from the Plan4Health Colorado project, a recently completed initiative between APA Colorado and the Colorado Center for Sustainable Urbanism at the University of Colorado Denver.  Plan4Health Colorado worked with three Colorado communities – Brush, Westminster, and Durango – to share knowledge and build coalitions to integrate health and wellness into local design, planning and decision-making.  During the roundtable, lessons learned for application in other communities across Colorado is a primary focus.
