Overview

What great plans are sitting on your shelf? Hundreds of RFPs are released every year for new plans but what about the previous ones that were never implemented? Do some of these ideas still have relevance to your community? This interactive session takes a fresh look at cold cases; compelling plans, submitted by local governments, that were never realized. Three finalists will present these plans and solicit feedback from the audience. The session will conclude with a vote to decide which project will receive pro-bono services for the drafting of a custom Implementation RFP.
