Overview

This session will include a discussion of working with citizens on simple lot splits depending on circumstances; discussion of working with developers and surveyors on subdivisions of land dependent on lot sizes; discussion of the good, the bad, and the ugly of working with surveyors and how the local codes dictate the outcome; discussion of the role of some Planning Commissions in subdivisions; and the overall connection between planning and subdividing land.
