Case stories from Orange County and Coachella Valley on local projects that developed in collaboration with the local community to address health disparities from a land use perspective by using specific strategies and tools to integrate health in the planning process. Participants will understand best practices on involving and engaging communities to address health disparities affected by the built environment.
