Overview

Practical Applications for Form-Based or Hybrid Zoning Codes - Are the days of conventional zoning nearing an end?  Are there viable alternatives that can, or should, be applied to our island communities?  This session will explore new and innovative ways to influence the creation of desirable places through methods that can supplement or replace conventional zoning.  Presenters will discuss the basics of these methods, their primary benefits, how they are applied, and lessons learned.
