The Storm Safe and Climate Change Ready session will provide two presentations followed by Q&A on:
• Building Resilience to Coastal Hazards and Climate Change in Hawaii, with a focus on understanding vulnerabilities and improving planning for and adaptation to projected inundation, flooding, and coastal erosion due to sea level rise; and
• Creating a Resilience Strategy for Oahu, with a focus on what is happening with the City, identifying the challenges to be addressed, and what are the next steps.
