What serves anything from plate lunches to gourmet dishes, can move on all fours, and has continued in popularity for many generations? Attendees of this breakout session will learn the answer to this question: food-trucks of course! While Oahu is very familiar with lunch wagons as part of the food landscape, the food-truck industry continues to evolve and attract more diners. Many zoning regulations have not kept up with regulating and accommodating the changing food-truck industry. This session will explore food-truck regulations and reflect on the various positions of the community.
