Innovations in Ohio’s Local Programs
This presentation will provide updates on changes in federal, state and local requirements and explain how locals can
make effective solutions when it comes to planning for the future. Key topics include local financial assistance options
and changes to ODOT’s local-let program. Emphasis will be placed on streamlining processes, LPA Manual Construction
Chapter, fact sheets, templates, DBE, SGFY16 roll-out and LTAP.
Repair or Replace
This presentation will focus on the documentation requirements and organization of a fed-aid project as part of the
decision making process. It will demonstrate making infrastructure decisions based on sound economic principals by
determining the optimum economic life of infrastructure.
