Panel discussion addressing the topic of trail development for recreational use and commuter use in Arkansas. Panelists will bring a variety of experience to the discussion by representing the state and a non-profit bicycle advocacy group. The overall goal is to discuss multi-modal transportation in Arkansas, specifically trail development in rural and urban communities. The connection between planning and trail development will be discussed, including available resources and how they can be applied locally.
