Overview

New and emerging technologies have the potential to alter traditional transportation planning practices at MPOs and have wide ranging impacts on the transportation industry.  The first in a two part series, this session will focus on the U.S. DOT's Connected Vehicle Pilot program and demonstrate how states, cities, and regions are implementing connected vehicle technology to address their transportation challenges.  Part 2 of this session takes place Wednesday afternoon.
