This two part sessions explores MPO practices in public involvement and covers topics such as the public involvement plan, messaging for MPOs, outreach strategies, and incorporation of data.  In Part 2, participants will learn best practices for addressing public involvement in all agency activities, creating messaging to tell your MPO's story, and utilizing a diverse range of outreach techniques, including online strategies, to reach a broad audience.
