This two part session explores the incorporation of performance into MPO practices.  In this session, the North Florida TPO will discuss their Mobility Performance Measures Program, which was adopted in their Congestion Management Process, Corpus Christi MPO will discuss their multi-tiered evaluation framework; NJTPA will share the results of their evaluation of place to place travel needs and solutions for people and goods; and the Wichita Area MPO will illustrate how they are applying the new version of the NPMRDS to FHWA’s performance measures.  Part 2 of this session takes place on Thursday afternoon.
