This panel seeks to provide the audience with an understanding of various approaches MPOs can take to meet Title VI Nondiscrimination and Environmental Justice outreach and analysis requirements.  It will provide an overview of activities conducted by the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board, particularly highlighting their Equity Emphasis Areas, the Polk TPO's Neighborhood Mobility Audits, and the Rochester Olmsted COG's Study of Mobility and Access Limitations in Low to Moderate Income Neighborhoods.  Part 2 of this session takes place on Thursday afternoon.
