Evolving technology, demographic changes, and environmental uncertainties are coalescing into a rapidly changing tomorrow.  This session explores how decision makers can help prepare for an uncertain future by employing scenario planning to examine how different trend drivers may interact and produce a range of future outcomes and demands on the transportation system.
