With the passage of the past two federal transportation authorization bills, MAP-21 and the FAST Act, states and metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) across the nation are putting additional emphasis on developing performance-driven project and program evaluation methods.  Part 2 of this two part session explores the incorporation of performance into MPO practices and will specifically focus on the incorporation of performance in project evaluation, prioritization, and selection.
