With the State passing legislation to allow a greater opportunity for by right affordable housing and higher densities, there is an unintended consequence of how to accommodate the increase in personal vehicles with the decrease of places to park them. This session will explore the urbanizing of our region, while also trying to accommodate the personal freedom of the automobile along with the privatization of parking through the permit parking program.
