Panel Discussion with Emporia’s Code Team which facilitates new, infill, or redevelopment—Emporia Arts Center, 815 Commercial Street

Topic/Learning Outcome: Emporia recently underwent a Community Initiated Development Process and a City/County Land Use Plan. Panel members will discuss the internal planning processes and how they facilitate development. The Code Team in Emporia takes a unique approach to development review, including members on the team, like the Main Street Director, that provide a different prospective from the City or County.
