Infill Development and Adaptive Reuse—Chelsea Plaza & Lofts, 1020 Commercial Street

Topic/Learning Outcome:  As we walk to Chelsea Plaza & Lofts, which was once the site of dilapidated housing and now is the present location for a mixed-use development, Casey Woods will highlight various infill development and adaptive reuse, featuring mixed used development styles.  Discussions at Chelsea Plaza will focus on the impacts on infrastructure, housing, traffic patterns, and local economics.
