This presentation discusses the parallels between the master planning processes used by planning firms and the Army’s Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP). By better understanding how the Army conducts internal planning, Federal consultants can shape their master planning techniques to better merge with the Army’s existing practices. Framing workshops in a way familiar to the client will allow for better participation in activities and more effective course of action development.
