The presentation will introduce and demonstrate the new Magazine Construction Assessment Report (MCAR) and the Magazine Storage and Requirements Calculator (MSRC).  The MCAR and MSRC processes are now used throughout the Navy to identify, characterize and plan explosives storage magazines. Practical demonstrations will be provided for both MCAR and the MSRC.
