Overview

A primary goal of UFC 2-100-01 was to make master planning more agile and flexible and the regulating plan is the key tool to make that happen, but it is not clearly understood. Learn how to make an effective regulating plan. Participants will learn the basics of the regulating plan policy, the relationship to municipal zoning, and the unique requirements of using it in the DOD. The workshop will provide hands-on learning, allowing teams to apply the lessons and create an effective regulating plan.

This workshop will allow FPD members to interact directly with subject matter experts on military master planning and gain hands-on experience in developing effective regulating plans.
