Attracting development that aligns with your placemaking goals

means digging into your zoning and development codes. The

Project for Code Reform seeks to streamline this process with

place-specific, incremental tools that meet local communities

at their current level. Project team members from the national

Congress for New Urbanism, Michigan Municipal League, and

other partners will present on the work so far and gather

feedback about where communities need the most help.
