Overview

Planning on a regional level often encourages towns and their planners to explore shared services on a regional level. This session highlights the opportunities and areas for shared services operations within and between a municipality/school district including Finance, HR, IT, Custodians, and Maintenance.  Attendees will gain valuable information on the benefits and efficiencies gained through the shared services model and how to work around constraints in town charters.
