The session will be help towns and cities understand how current Federal Transportation programs may be able to provide financing for Transit-Oriented Development projects.  The session will focus on the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) and Railroad Rehabillitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) in order to provide program background, project eligibility, process details, and program track record.
