This session will focus on customer service providing our profession with tips for taking a softer approach at the counter with our newer diverse applicants.




Our customers they are a changin’. How can our profession adjust to improve the customer experience at the Planning Counter? How can we take what we have learned from Disney’s training along with the Riverside “One Stop Shop” and apply it to our departments as the bricks and mortar tenant evolves. This will include a mock experience at a planning counter.
