Overview

From a developer’s perspective an effective presentation will show attendees how to successfully partner with the private sector redevelop underutilized urban lands.  

Speakers will give a presentation on the understanding and developing of mixed-use infill projects critical to successful redevelopment.  From project development, appropriate financing for success and the issues which create roadblocks to successful redevelopment.
