Overview

An important strategy to addressing the obesity crisis is implementing transportation options that encourage physical activity. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is supporting coalitions throughout the state in their efforts to get their residents biking and walking as part of their daily activities.  This session brings together coalition members to share their experiences and hear about successful initiatives throughout the country.
