Did you know there are at least four (yes, 4!) Denver groups planning walking and biking loops with their communities? This session brings representatives from these initiatives together to discuss their work to date and share insights on challenges, successes, and what’s next.
1. Attendees will hear from four different community-based multi-modal planning projects in Denver, and learn about the vision, approach, and next steps for each.
2. Attendees will learn about the challenges and best practices for community-led design, with a focus on equity and sustaining buy-in from concept to implementation.
3. Attendees will hear from the four different projects on how their work contributes to a larger vision of mobility and access in Denver, and ways to get involved going forward.
