Overview

City of Charlotte staff will lead a mobile tour along the Lynx Blue Line highlighting elements of the light rail project as well as Transit Oriented Development redevelopment efforts. Participants will travel on the light rail to the South End on the original alignment that opened in 2007, as well as to the North Davidson Arts District along the Blue Line Extension that opened in 2018. In addition, participants may be able to walk along the rail trail in the South End. Participants may be expected to walk up to one mile on this tour.
