The administration of a planning office—whether in the private or public sector—can raise ethical questions. In this two part series, we'll consider your role as a user of scarce planning resources, the ethical challenges you'll face in your role, and guidance from the AICP Code of Ethics. The second course in this series discusses how to identify, evaluate, and resolve difficult scenarios that might arise in a planning office.
