The 2018 State Planning Conference for APA-LA has been shifted to the fall this year and will be held in Shreveport at Sam's Town Hotel on the riverfront. The timing coincides with Shreveport's Red River Revel Arts Festival.  Please join us for this enriching conference. Highlights include: A six-Mayor roundtable; Key note speakers Paul Farmer and Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser; fun mobile sessions; a Proclamation from the office of Gov. John Bel Edwards; and sessions covering law, ethics, flooding issues, tiny houses, cool tools for planning, inclusiveness, and much more.

The nightly rate for Non-Government Exempt Employees is $98.26.



Basic Registration Fees

Full conference registration includes attendance at all sessions, two breakfasts, Keynote Luncheon, Awards Luncheon, Closing Luncheon, Opening Reception, and two drink tickets to the Opening Reception.  Please note that admission to the Chapter Dinner is not included in the basic registration fee and must be purchased separately.

Changes and Cancellations
