This 5-day workshop is designed to give participants an intensive introduction to the sustainability and community revitalization approach pioneered by the Urban Ecology Center (UEC) in Milwaukee. This curriculum is aligned with Ken Leinbach’s 2018 book, Urban Ecology: A Natural Way to Transform Kids, Parks, Cities, and the World (New York: Morgan James Publishing). Relevant chapters are noted for the sessions below.
