Overview

The objective of the Economic Development: Public Private Partnership panel discussion is to discuss the various financing and economic development tools and strategies available to cities and counties and the state. Particular attention will be given to public private partnerships. The discussion with include a review of financing methods used by the City of Tallahassee Economic Development Department and the Florida Department of Transportation. The discussion will also include a review of the planning and financing of the Florida High Speed rail project.
