This panel discussion will provide planners and related professionals with an understanding of the new Florida Growth management process as created by the recently enacted House Bill 7207. Participants will learn what roles state, federal and local government regulatory agencies will play and how the bill will impact growth and economic development in the years to come. The focus of this panel is to explore the legal implications of the new bill.
