Pedestrian and Bicycle Planning in Delaware: A value-added training The Chapter will offer localized experiences and products to supplement the topics covered in the preceding APA Webinar.First, Rich Vetter, AICP, Executive Director of the Dover/Kent County MPO will provide a presentation on the development and implementation of the Regional Bicycle Plan. Gary Norris, AICP will do the same for a community located in Kent and Sussex counties. Lastly, Gary Norris and Mary Betts will lead a walking tour of the Milford Riverwalk (or presentation as the weather allows) as an example of an infrastructure plan that has been implemented.
