Three of the state’s leading experts on the legal ramifications of sea level rise and climate change on Florida communities will provide their insights on challenges and options for local governments in Florida, including existing legal challenges and local government responses. Speakers include three land use and environmental attorneys, Florida Sea Grant Coastal Planning Specialist Thomas Ruppert, Nova Environmental and Land Use Law Clinic Director Richard Grosso, and Erin L. Deady, P.A. The cost is $10 per participant.
