Program: Forum discussion focusing on funding sources and the tools that help us prioritize and measure the benefits of transportation projects. The panel discussions will be divided into a session discussing policy/funding issues and a session focusing on the tools available to prioritize and measure the effects of transportation projects. The discussions will cover such topics as new ways of funding transportation infrastructure, common approaches to funding transportation and highlight several emerging models, including roadway usage charges. The panelists will be discussing how these approaches may generate new funding for transportation capital and operating programs. In addition, tools measuring the impacts of transportation projects will be discussed.
