   The Northeast Florida Transportation Forum will convene on January 27, 2016 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at the FDOT District Two Urban Office located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 to discuss the Future of Managed Lanes in Florida. Ms. Ameera Sayeed, AICP, GISP will moderate the session. Distinguished guest speakers include James Knight, P.E. (Urban Planning and Modal Administrator, FDOT District Two); Jennifer Fortunas, P.E. (Systems Management Manager, FDOT Central Office); Barbara Davis, AICP (Traffic and Revenue Studies Program Manager, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise); Leon Corbett (Project Finance Manager, FDOT Central Office); and Amy Causseaux (Toll Finance Manager, FDOT Central Office). Presentation topics include District Two Managed Lanes Status (James Knight, PE), Florida Managed Lanes Program (Jennifer Fortunas, PE), Turnpike T&R Studies Program (Barbara Davis, AICP), and Managed Lanes Project Finance Perspective (Amy Causseaux/ Leon Corbett). The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion on future possibilities of managed lanes in Florida.
