With decreasing funds available for housing, neighborhood revitalization, and preservation, it has become essential to uncover multiple sources of capital for redevelopment.  This two-day tax credit course has been constructed to demonstrate the practical details about how to competitively qualify and access the various tax credits programs – Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Preservation Tax Credits and others tax credit programs for real estate rehabilitation and development.
The workshop will be led by McManimon Scotland and Baumann, who will provide the practical details and guidelines about the federal tax credit programs and answer the what, when, where, who and how.  The industry experts will also use hypothetical case studies illustrating how the specific tax credit programs can be used to stimulate private investment.
