This is the last in a series of events that has focused on the growing craft beer and spirits industry in Northeast Florida. A majority of the breweries and distilleries have been redevelopment projects in urban areas. This event will tour the Ice Plant Facility and learn about the adaptive reuse of the building in the historic City of St. Augustine. A tour of operations will focus on the production of spirits and highlight the use of local products in the process. Finally, the economic development and tourism aspect will be discussed, as St. Augustine is the number one tourist desitination in Northeast Florida.
